At the time we sent our daughter to Copper Canyon Academy (CCA), we were a family in crisis and turmoil. Our entire family unit had broken down, and many of our conflicts with our daughter were out of control and ended in physical conflicts.
We were at our wits end, and turned to CCA as a last resort, as we did not want to send her away. Unfortunately, the actions she was taking and the pace she was going was leading toward a path of self destruction, and we were fearful for her future. I am fully confident in saying that if CCA had not provided a place for her, and a way to keep her from the bad elements she was involved in, she might not be here today.
Our daughter was at CCA for over a period of a year, and in that time graduated high school which was not going to happen had she stayed home. But even more importantly than that, she was forced to face some critical and important details about her life, and come to terms with them.
She is enrolled in college, and has a job, and is moving toward her future and we are thankful to CCA and all there staff for all they did for not only our daughter but our entire family.
I can't ever fully explain what CCA did for our family, but the outcome was something that we are so very thankful for.
